The purpose of the EduGuide LMS Policy is to define the procedures and guidelines that govern EduGuide’s learning management systems (LMS) and ensure compliance with institute policies for remote instruction.
Faculty may choose to offer online course content via EduGuide’s LMS or another platform of their choosing, beyond Blackboard, however they will not have the same tech and training support offered for Blackboard used by EduGuide. However, even if the course is primarily run from another platform, faculty will be required to maintain a description of their class on the syllabus page that links out to the other course site.
