In order to process your application, the Institute requires:

1. Your completed student application form
2. A copy of your passport or ID card, and
3. Evidence of your level of English

2 Formal Letter

The Admissions team will send you:

• A conditional offer
• A proforma showing the indicative costs for your studies

Payment details will also be on the proforma. EduGuide Institute accepts payments directly via bank transfer or cash.

3 Payment & Confirmation

Your booking is confirmed after payment as follows:
• 10% tuition fee deposited

If your full tuition fees are less than 2,000 SAR or your course starts in less than 4 weeks, please pay the total tuition fees due.
